kameron wong is currently consulting, as well as conducting training for semiconductor companies. proven leader of several startup companies and an entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience. directed product development and hands-on expertise from concept to design to gdsii tapeout using cutting edge semiconductor technologies such as 65nm cmos processes, with focus on low power and high performance digital design and development. winner of "innovator of the year, 2004 – unlicensed wireless communications design". well versed in different development/production phases including silicon design and layout, board level prototyping with fpga (from spartan to xilinx latest virtex-5 and altera stratix devices), lab testing/debug and production testing and characterization, foundry relationship with tsmc, umc, fujitsu and others. product spectrum ranges from single-chip uwb cmos devices to 802.11, bluetooth handheld devices, mobile phones, cmos pixel sensor controller, and other wireless communication devices. experienced corporate trainer in all aspects of digital asic, fpga design with vhdl, verilog, system verilog, system c, and other advanced digital and hardware design techniques. currently founder and ceo of silicon whiteboard, a consulting and corporate training company. formerly director of digital design engineering, co-founder, principal engineer at several startup companies. holds msee/ce and bsee/ce degrees.

torbjorn larsson is the founder and president of paradiddle communications inc., a wireless systems consulting company in san diego. torbjorn has 25 years of experience in wireless systems engineering , during which he has worked with a multitude of wireless systems including phs, gsm/edge, is-136, cdma2000, wcdma, bluetooth, 802.11a/b/g, wimedia, s-ais and various other satellite and proprietary systems. he has also participated in several darpa programs, including nsc (novel satellite communications) and wann (wireless adaptive network node). torbjorn’s professional experience ranges from wireless interface design including modulation, coding and mimo schemes , to wireless modem development and radio transceiver specification. he has held various principal engineer, manager and director positions in the wireless industry in san diego and the bay area, including semiconductor industry, handset manufacturing and fabless ic companies. torbjorn is the author of 11 patents. he has been a wireless systems consultant since 2003, specializing in the design of software radio and methods for rapid development of dsp solutions for digital radio transceivers. torbjorn holds a ph.d. and an m.sc. degree in electrical engineering from chalmers technical university, göteborg, sweden.
